Marlborough Street Brownstone

In the heart of Back Bay, Adige partnered with their client to bring a Marlborough Street brownstone to life by creating a juxtaposition of classic and modern styles.

When modern, high gloss kitchens meet plaster crown molding, and high-tech closet systems meet chevron pattered wood flooring—you know you’re in Boston’s Back Bay. This brownstone project included many customized materials and products, and high attention to detail. From a custom marble mantel and hand wrought decorative heating grilles to a fully customized kitchen and walk-in master closets.

The design scope included a chef’s kitchen, catering kitchen and living area featuring Adige’s wood flooring, custom kitchen cabinetry, stonework, heating grilles and bathroom vanities. The master suite and guest bedrooms featured custom millwork, wood flooring, closets, bathroom vanities, heating grilles and stonework all imported from Italy. The home also features a private roof deck with 360 degree views of Back Bay, and a basement with a 2-car garage and home gym of which Adige provided custom bathroom vanities.
