Heritage on the Garden

Adige Design is currently working with a client on the renovation of a luxurious 3,482-square-foot residence at the prestigious Heritage on the Garden, located at 300 Boylston Street in Boston’s Back Bay.

This modern-styled home will feature a custom-designed kitchen, a stunning marble foyer, and a spacious living room, all curated with a focus on functionality and aesthetics. Adige is providing both interior design services and product procurement, ensuring the highest quality materials and finishes throughout the space.

While working within this historic building, the team faced a few challenges that required creative solutions. Due to the building’s age, certain design elements—such as relocating plumbing in the bathroom to accommodate a new layout—proved unfeasible. Despite the obstacles, the team at Adige has successfully adapted the renovation plan to deliver a beautiful and modern living space while honoring the constraints of the building’s structure.

This project exemplifies Adige Design’s ability to balance vision with practicality, transforming historic properties into sophisticated, contemporary homes. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
