581 Boylston Street has been reimagined as The Wesleyan on Copley, a forthcoming renovated mixed-use building featuring two prime retail spaces and seven floors of boutique office suites.
Adige provided comprehensive design direction and material sourcing for the approximately 41,000-square-foot project. The scope includes a sleek, modern storefront design, an elegant building lobby, refreshed elevator landings, and a third-floor office spec suite.
The new storefront will feature expansive glass windows paired with contemporary black metal signage bands, creating a sophisticated street presence. The refreshed lobby design showcases premium stonework, custom built-ins with integrated banquette seating, and curated designer lighting. On the third floor, the spec suite highlights many of Adige’s premier material offerings, including custom-designed kitchen cabinetry, imported wood flooring, Italian glass partitions, marble accents, and designer lighting—delivering a refined and inviting workspace.
