581 Boylston Street has been rebranded as the Wesleyan on Copley, a soon-to-be renovated mixed-use building with two retail opportunities and 7 floors of 4,000 SF boutique office floorplates.
Providing design direction and material procurement services for the approximate 41,000 square foot building, Adige is designing a new modern storefront, building lobby, and 3rd floor office spec suite.
The design scope for the storefront includes new extended glass windows with modern black metal signage bands and ornate crown detailing. A refreshed building lobby design includes wood flooring inlaid with stonework, custom built-ins with banquette seating, and designer lighting. The spec suite will include most of Adige’s material offerings including a fully custom kitchen, imported wood flooring throughout, Italian glass partitions, designer lighting and furniture.
